DOSAGE

1) For convalescing individuals:

Adult and Adolescent: 2 tablespoon 3 times daily

Children: 1 teaspoon 3 times daily

2) As a health supplement:

Adult: 2 tablespoon 3 times daily or as prescribed by the physician.
